Just like Joe DiMaggio’s Hollywood love Marilyn, this drink is bubbly and a bit sassy.

4 strawberry slices muddled in shaker tin. Add 1.5 oz of Ketel One, .5 oz of St. Germain, and ice. Shake and strain into martini glass or Collins glass over ice. Top with champagne, garnish with strawberry slice.

Cadillac Double

For those days when you want to take the edge off quick, but still coast into your evening.

1.5 oz of Absolut Raspberry, 1.5 oz Absolut APeach, 2 oz Orange juice, 2 oz Pineapple juice, splash of grenadine. Serve over ice in a pint glass.

Santa Maria

Our house recipe for our margarita is just as smooth and effortless as a homerun hit by the great Bambino himself

1.5 oz Espolon tequila, .5 oz of Cointreu, 1 oz of Agave nectar, and 3 oz of fresh lime juice. Shaken and strained over ice in traditional margarita glass. Salt the rim if you desire, but it won’t be necessary

A Summer’s Whiskey

Kat’s favorite drink to cool off in the hot south Texas summer.

1.25 oz of Crown Royal, .5 oz of fresh lemon juice, .5 oz of lime juice. Shaken and strained into a high ball glass. Fill glass generously with ice, top off with Topo Chico. Garnish with lemon and lime wedge.

Bloody Maria

Hangin’ over?! This will cure whatever is ailing you. You may only NEED one, but we’re sure you’ll order another.

1.5 oz 1800 Reposado tequila, and Bloody Revolution’s Full Blooded Texan bloody mary mix made in Austin, Tx. Served with all of the fixin’s.

Classic Cocktails

Cape Cod

1 oz of vodka, cranberry juice, served over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime.

Long Island Ice Tea

1 oz each of vodka, rum, gin, tequila, and triple sec. Add sweet and sour and shake. Strain over ice into a Collins glass, top with Coca Cola. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Adios, Amigo

1 oz each of vodka, rum, gin, tequila, and blue curacao. Add sweet and sour. Shake and strain into Collins glass, top off with Sprite. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Fuzzy Naval

1.25 oz Peach vodka, orange juice. Built in a rocks glass.

Melon ball

1 oz vodka, 1 oz midori, and pineapple juice. Shaken and strained into a chilled martini glass.

Greyhound

1 oz of vodka, grapefruit juice, served over ice in a rocks glass. Serve with a salted rim for a “Salty Dog”

Cuba Libre

1.25 oz of light rum, .5 oz lime juice. Build in highball glass over ice. Top off with Coca Cola and garnish with a lime.

Old Fashioned

2 oz whiskey, ½ tsp of sugar, 3 dashes of angostura bitters, orange peel. All ingredients muddled and served over ice in a rocks glass.

White Russian

1.25 oz vanilla vodka, .5 oz kahlua, fresh cream. Build in rocks glass and add ice.

Colorado Bulldog

1 oz vodka, 1 oz kahlua, fresh cream. Build in a highball glass over ice, top with Coca Cola.

Whiskey Sour

1.5 oz of bourbon, ¾ oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice, ¾ oz of simple syrup. Shaken and served over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lime wedge and cherry.

Whiskey Smash

1.5 oz whiskey, 4 strawberry slices, 3 lime slices, ½ tsp of sugar. Muddled and served in a rocks glass over ice. Top with Topo Chico. Garnish with strawberry slice and lime wedge.

Mai Tai

1.5 oz spiced rum, 1.5 oz coconut rum, 3 oz of pineapple juice, 2 oz of orange juice, dash of grenadine. Shake and strain into hurricane glass over ice. Garnish with orange wedge and cherry.

Hurricane

2 oz light rum, 2 oz dark rum, 2 oz passion fruit juice, 1 oz orange juice, .5 oz lime juice, dash of grenadine, dash of simple syrup. Shake all ingredients and strain over ice into a hurricane glass. Garnish with orange wedge and cherry.

Blue Hawaiian

1 oz coconut rum, 1 oz blue curacao, 2 oz pineapple juice. Shake and strain into highball glass over ice.

Paloma

2 oz of tequila, .5 oz of lime juice, .5 oz of grapefruit juice, splash of soda. Serve over ice in a highball glass.

Gimlet

2.5 oz of gin, .5 oz of lime juice, and .5 oz of simple syrup. Shake and strain over ice in rocks glass or in chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Tom Collins

2 oz gin, ¾ oz lime juice, .5 oz simple syrup. Shake and strain over ice in a chilled Collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with lemon twist.

Dark ‘N Stormy

1.5 oz dark rum, and ginger beer. Served over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Moscow Mule

1.5 oz vodka, dash of Angostura bitters, and ginger beer. Built in a copper mug over ice, and garnished with a lime wedge.

Irish Mule

1.5 oz Jameson, dash of Angostura bitters, and ginger beer. Built in a copper mug over ice, and garnished with a lime wedge.

Mexican Mule

1.5 oz silver tequila, dash of Angostura bitters, and ginger beer. Built in a copper mug over ice, and garnished with a lime wedge.

Classic Daiquiri

1.5 oz silver tequila, dash of Angostura bitters, and ginger beer. Built in a copper mug over ice, and garnished with a lime wedge.

French Martini

2.5 oz vodka, 1.5 oz Chambord, 1.5 oz pineapple juice. Stir and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Lemon Drop Martini

2.5 oz citrus vodka, 2 oz triple sec, 1.5 oz fresh lemon juice. Shake and strain into chilled martini glass with sugar rim.

Cosmopolitan

1.5 oz of citrus vodka, .5 oz of triple sec, .5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice, splash of cranberry juice. Shaken and strained into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime peel.

Manhattan

2 oz rye whiskey, 1 oz sweet vermouth, 5 drops of Angostura bitters. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Drop maraschino cherry into glass.

Mimosa

¾ flute of champagne, topped off with orange juice. Garnish with an orange.

French 75

1 oz gin, 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 oz simple syrup, 3 oz champagne. Build in a champagne flute and stir. Garnish with lemon twist.

Mexican 75

1 oz silver tequila, 1 oz lime juice, 2 tsp agave nectar. Shake and strain into flute, top with champagne. Salt or sugar rim if desired, garnish with a lime twist.

Irish Coffee

2 oz Bailey’s Irish cream, 1 oz Jameson Irish whiskey, 6 oz hot coffee. Serve in an Irish Coffee glass mug and top with whipped cream

Hot Toddy

1.25 oz of Jameson, 1.5 tbsp of honey, 3 fresh squeezed lemon wedges, 1 cinnamon stick. Combine all ingredients in Irish Coffee glass mug, top with boiling water. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
